some of the beautiful ‘ladies of the ensemble’ in Earl Carroll’s raided ‘Sketch Book’ show who today stand cleared by a Chicago court of charges of participating in an ‘indecent performance’. After reviewing the show in person and listening to testimony of reunion, Judge JF McCarthy gave the revue a clean bill and dismissed the charges, February 24, 1931
