taking a page from the story of Gulliver and the Lilliputians, the Ringling Brothers midgets tied Robert Wadlow, the world’s tallest man, hand and foot, by way of getting acquainted. This marks the eight-foot six-inch giant’s first appearance with the circus, now at the [Madison Square] Garden..
