What About Bobbed?

The Jail Café, located at 4212 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles. A ‘jailer’ watches from a guard tower on the roof.  Below the tower, a sign reads: ‘Dancing. Famous for their $1.25 dinners. Steak.
