after a few days off, it was back to William A Wellmanland!!!
today’s double feature was 1942’s Roxie Hart (it’s Chicago, and 80 times better than the 2002 film) and 1943’s Lady of the Burlesque (which kinda cemented our love of Barbara Stanwyck!!!)
