A Doll House, being built for Colleen Moore, film actress, has been insured for $420,000.  The house is to be taken on a three-year tour of all the world’s principal cities so children of every land may see it.  Proceeds are to be given entirely to crippled children’s hospital, Miss Moore said.  This photo shows the actress signing papers with R.W.
